Let's Go Mon Cham

   On Day1, we go to Kad Luang to buy donating goods to go and donate, do merits at the seven monasteries. We go to Monlanview Mon-Jam on the Day2 at noon. We are having barbecue dinner at this place. For the third day, we go to Elephant POOPOOPAPER Park first. Then to Pong Yang Jungle Coaster & Zipline​ to have some fun at its jungle coaster. The next place is Kuv Niam Hydenyia which is a Hydenyia flower field that is very beautiful. Flowers lovers and photographer will surely love the place. Then, we will go back to rest at Monlanview Mon-Jam. On Day4, the first place to go is Yingyong Flower Garden​, which is one of the most beautiful flower garden where one should not miss. Continue to Yoddoi Orange Park​, we can walk around in the farm and pick some oranges to taste and have the feeling as if one become a farmer oneself.

      Waroros Market, popularly called "Kad Luang", is the largest market in Chiang Mai. Located on Vichayanon Road. Chang Moi Subdistrict, Mueang Chiang Mai District This market has a wide variety of interesting products for you to experience shopping. Especially most tourists tend to stop by and buy various souvenirs. From here,It can be said that it is a famous souvenir shopping point of Chiang Mai, such as young chili paste, stuffed with au, pork caps. Warorot Market is very well known and famous in Chiang Mai.

Wat Phrathat Doi Kham​

      Wat Phra That Doi Kham is a spectacular temple located on the lush mountain slopes, just 13kms south-west from the Chiang Mai Old City. The name ‘Wat Phra That’ represents that it is home to precious relics and artefacts of Buddha and ‘Doi Kham’ translates to the ‘Golden Hillside’ in the local dialect. Wat Phra That Doi Kham is believed to have been built in the year 687 and is home to a large, 17-metre high statue of Buddha. There are also gold Naga serpents which guard the stairs of the pagoda and the chedi enshrines a sacred relic of Buddha. The pagoda encircles a big relic of Buddha and is also said to house some of Buddha’s hair.

Wat Phrathat Doi Suthep

      Wat Pra That (a “Wat” is a temple) was built on Doi Suthep (the mountain) in the 14th century and has operated as a Buddhist monastery from this time. Access to the temple is via 300 steps from the carpark. If you would rather avoid the climb, then take the elevator trolley from the carpark (located to the right of the stairs) for around 50 THB (includes admission). Once at the summit, take your time walking around the grounds and admire the view. You will be able to see Chiang Mai city with an unobstructed panoramic view and there are a number of levels to explore around the temple. The first floor is home to historical paperwork that traces the origins of the temple as well as the statue of the white elephant that carried the Buddha stupa. The second floor of the temple houses the majestic chedi and is covered by a five-levelled umbrella. The latter was done to celebrate Chiang Mai’s independence from Burmese rule.

      Doi Suthep is the most famous temple and among the most beautiful in Chiang Mai; but Wat Pha Lat, while smaller and less opulent, has a setting that rivals Doi Suthep’s overall beauty.It’s a beautiful temple on the way to Wat Phra That Doi Suthep. Although the temple and trail are now a bit busier than they used to be, it’s still a really nice hike and experience. It’s nestled in the forest just a few kilometers down the road from Doi Suthep. There are no crowds, no shops or food stalls, and no unwanted distractions.

Wat Chedi Luang

      Wat Chedi Luang is a historic Buddhist temple located in Chiang Mai that was built from 1391 and then expanded again in 1475. The temple was ordered by King Saen Muang Ma who intended for the temple to hold the ashes of his father, Ku Na and stood at 84 metres. Today, the temple stands at around 60 metres in height having been damaged by earthquakes over the years. There was some restoration carried out on the temple in the 1990s which served to stabilise the temple and prevent further degradation. Despite the damage, Wat Chedi Luang is still an impressive sight, with elephants and other statues remaining in place. There are two other temples you can visit whilst on the grounds including Wat Ho Tham and Wat Sukmin. Many local people come to these temples to pay their respects and to pray. There are also a number of religious events and services held at this location during the year.

Wat Phra Singh Worawihan

      Wat Phra Singh or its full name Wat Phra Singh Woramahawihan It is one of the important temples in Chiang Mai. It is a temple that enshrines Phra Singh (Phra Phuttha Sihing), the sacred Buddha image of Chiang Mai and Lanna. Buddha statue as an art Chiang Saen is known as "Chiang Saen Sing Nueng, Wat Phra Sing has beautiful Lanna architecture, known and familiar name well Wat Phra Singh is also the center of the mind of Chiang Mai people who have faith and will travel to pay respect and worship regularly. Every year, when it comes to Songkran festival or New Year's Eve festival, the government has brought Buddha Sihing to be enshrined on a Busabok to parade around the city to give faith. According to Lanna tradition, people born in the Year of the Dragon have to pay homage to Phra Singh at least once in their lives.

Wat Umong
၀ပ်အူမုန်ဘုရားကျောင်း

      Wat Umong (complete name: Wat Umong Suan Puthatham) is a 700-year-old Buddhist temple in Chiang Mai, Thailand. It should not be confused with the temple with a similar name within the old city moat of Chiang Mai, whose complete name is "Wat Umong Maha Thera Chan". Wat Umong is located against the mountains of Doi Suthep and is about 1 km south of the main campus of Chiang Mai University. The wat occupies a tranquil setting and a small open zoo is stationed behind it. Of particular interest is a modern replica of the original standing condition of the pillar of Ashoka at Sarnath in India. The Lion Capital of Ashoka survives in the Sarnath Museum, in an incomplete state, and at Indian independence was adopted as the National Emblem of India. It consists in four lions standing on an abacus, crowned by a large wheel called a Dharmachakra.

      Wat Chai Mongkhon, also spelled Chai Mongkol is a Buddhist temple (wat) in Chiang Mai in northern Thailand. The temple is located by the Ping River, on Charoen Prathet Road in the old city center. It is believed to have been built during the reign of King Tilokaraj (1441–1487), and serves an old Mon community. Its architecture demonstrates Amarapura–Mandalay influence.

      Mon Cham is located on a hill ridge in the area of Mong Nong Hoi village, Mae Rim. It is 40 minutes far from the central of Chiang Mai. The area was previously a desolate forest and was named as Kiu Seau. Later, villagers came over the area and turned it into an Opium farm. But, finally, the Royal Project took over and changed the area into Nong Hoi Royal Project. The weather up here in Mon Cham gets chilly all year around and you will get to wake up to an early morning fog. Besides, there are many view points up here where you can spot the spectacular view of green mountains

      It was a very worthwhile trip to Chiang Mai because she was really beautiful and cute. It's in full bloom in the garden. There are both mature and growing flowers, all dazzling. There is a wide range of colors. Strange colors are also natural to them. Anyone who loves hydrangeas like us, don't miss it, it's really impressive. * Admission to the park can be redeemed for 1 free drink per person. Open daily 8.00-18.00 hrs. Last pick up at 5:00 p.m. Admission to the park is 150 baht for adults and free for children under 7 years old.The entrance fee includes photo props such as umbrellas, shoes, and shirts. and shuttle bus from the parking spot in front of the project.

      Yingyong Flower Garden in Mon Chaem, a district that places to visit in Chiang Mai in the city One of the most beautiful flower gardens in Chiang Mai. Because there are various kinds of flower gardens, views among the mountains, the highlight is the sky bridge in the midst of colorful flower gardens. Very beautiful and romantic when the fog falls.There are many photo spots for girls here, so let's take a stroll and enjoy the view of the flower garden here. I was not disappointed. When I took a picture of the flowers here, it was very bright. A 1-day trip to Mon Chaem that you can enjoy in the Mon Chaem area that you must visit during the New Year!

      Review of one of the places to visit the orange grove, the atmosphere is cute. Must follow!! Yoddoi Orange Park There are more than 10 orange trees inside, so you can walk, taste and pick oranges very satisfactorily. There is a cute bamboo walkway here. When you take a picture, it's very cute!The atmosphere is mesmerizing and you must fall in love with the orange sisters at the full orange grove. Take a walk and feel the sweet and refreshing taste of this place.

Huai Tueng Thao Reservoir​

      Huay Tueng Tao is a large, deep reservoir located in Mae Rim District, Chiang Mai. The manmade lake was founded under King Rama IX’s initiative to solve water shortage problems in nearby areas, according to the Office of The Royal Development Projects Board. The reservoir is surrounded by mountains and rural landscapes – so the splendour of the breathtaking scenery is inescapable.There are also bamboo huts right along the waterfront for tourists to relax in while taking in the view of the lake.
